Something about seeing little scribbly thumbnails turned into moving, living people really sets my cold dead heart a flutter.
That’s what happened with this fun project when I made the storyboard for a Nike commercial showcasing their new Zoom Ites snowboard boot.
It was really cool to see this:

Not being a very active person myself (the most exercise I get is stabbing paper or furiously clicking on a laptop or vigorously shaking a martini), it was nice to immerse myself in a world of athletic snow gear and snowboarding Olympiads. Even if it was just for a minute.
